If I was management, I would operate Miggster to the end of the contract then close down the EM1 platform that operates Miggster, for its own fully owned subscription platform that I suspect will be in operation at some time before the Miggster contract with ICT runs out.
Use ICT for a while to gain exposure, then get rid of them, there players could always sign up to a new EM1 gaming platform site.
Giving away up to 80% of the revenue for a platform you own and operate is stupidity, unless it is only for a year or two.
