Where does it say HE or HIS company generated $2billion in revenue?

It's not a matter of lying, it's a matter of spinning things to present them in a way which misleads people to incorrect conclusions. It's not illegal, just manipulative and ambigous. Companies do it all the time.
As far as I can tell, David Wheeler is the only employee running this business out of his backyard.
