Considering licensing certain individual AAA titles costs more than EM1's entire market cap, extreme doubt.
ASX queried them about this and EM1 admitted all they have is a catalog of AAA demo's which inherently cannot be distributed commercially by their nature. And which any developer has access to for testing purposes with a dev kit.
