ANYWAY, the key point to note from the announcement is EM1 has just regurgitated data that was already released the prior announcements.

For which they're just another exhibitor and made it pretty clear all they're doing is more of the same activities that crashed the stock price.

Unless they're getting another TIL settlement again they're going to make an overall loss this qtr too. Not just an operations loss.

And yes it is defined as a loss in terms of corporate accounting terms.
