Yes, iI remember this post also, and agree that PlayPass will be a success in its own right. The distinct differences between, NickX (lets face it, ArcadeX as a stadalone platform has likely been ditched in favour of NickX IMO) and Apple Arcade/Google Playpass is that it us not subscription based, its e-sports/play to win actual prizes, and free to play. I dont believe that much of the developing world need to spend $5 USD to keep their kids entertained, and are more likely to use free options, especially if there is a chance of winning something? Valid points though, both will be competing with whatever comes out if EM1, but again, its not quite apples and oranges, def still oranges and manderines. Still looking at combined user base of over 2 billion in developing countries, and theres always room for a cheaper alternative in these regions in any market. All IMO, still a believer.
