What EM1 has stated as a partnership is simply an adoption of the ISV program which any vendor or service provider can sign up for. I'm a sole trader who builds software solutions for companies and I'm in the process of getting into the ISV program myself.
I could also spin up a game streaming virtual machine on Microsoft Azure right now if I wanted to. What is being announced to the market is nothing but disingenuous ramping.
But good luck to holders, they will need it. Heaven forbid their diamond hands are forced to fold.
