Directors must have skin in game, must have a solid top 20 with good books to sell into
Registry fully diluted about a billion max but enough liquidity
must be in emerging or well established growth markets
must have strong revenue and positive cash flow
must have multiple revenue streams and potential or diversified client base

go create your own and focus on what you do want not want you want ... life is too short to waste time being a negative nancy for whatever reason
