Apologies SG, thank you for the correction. In my haste I simply skimmed back through announcements.
The intent of the point remains, EM1 did not freely disclose the pricing arrangement listed in point 5 of their response to ASX query dated 09/07/21. This arrangement is neither in line with my reference of Dec 2020 nor the tiered agreement in Jan 2021 to which you refer.
