I’m not sure you wonts see 10 cents in the very near future after the 20/1 consolidation. Take it while you can get it as the spike won’t last long.
Seem to be missing the major unknown with the $5 million sale price as Em1 are required to pay all past costs and expenses and prizes. From my last look there were not many happy winners as they had never received there prizes. I could imagine Crowd1 could quite easily find $10/$15 million in costs to offset against the sale price. Like every other deal they have done it will be verbal and never in Em1 favour. Is no way Mr Stevens is handing back that gold Amex until there no love left in it. That’s probably why he hanging around till September
