Dumaguete, I think there's no doubt some truth to the CR being badly timed and priced. IT'S ALREADY HAPPENED- you can't change that now! If you truly are a shareholder there is NO point in posting message after message after message on this same subject. Besides being boring, it doesn't help the Company’s situation for never-ending commentary on the subject. I have no idea how much influence Hotcopper commentary has on a company's share price, but sure as hell it must be impactful on those who read such criticism. So I'm not sure if you actually have shares, or are trying to convince shareholders to dump. Certainly i don't believe you're helping support a positive view of the company - and note that whilst I'm a shareholder already, I've already stated I'm happy to buy more at a lower price than current.
IMO you either quietly watch how things are going, and go to the AGM if you live in Perth, and confront the directors directly at the meeting about your concerns, or you sell out. I personally have voiced my concerns (in a non-aggressive manner) to the CEO/MD., both by phone or directly during meetings (after the meeting has finished is always a great opportunity to talk through matters one on one). At least that way the directors get feedback, and if asked non-aggressively you might find out a lot more information to help your understanding of how things are developing.
