Breeze did the right thing in presenting. PEP-11 is the real reason this is going to head north if approved. I always looked at Cortical as something that may stem the bleeding if PEP-11 wasn’t approved. I got in sub 3 cents last time (not on it now though) but he should have spent 99% of the presentation on the investment which could be life changing, FOMO is powerful and PEP11 is what will drive it, not Cortical. Only reason I would have even mentioned Cortical is to show that buying at these low levels you have something to fall back on.
