MK mentioned about Chevron CSS other day at Barrow Island. 8m T of CO2 through this technology not released to atmosphere. She has faith in gas n CSS. Although she highlighted that process has not met expectations n need more research n development. Dots pointing me to approval. Dont see why this get rejected ( unless govt has political benefit ). Talking about Barrow Islamd ( class A reserve of world ) should have environmental restrictions. Chevron was chasing since1980ish n got approval before 2010 to built LNG there. Baleen is so protected to be drilled in my opinion.
