What a COMPLETE waste of taxpayer money this.
$26 Million was allocated for this project and it was going ahead.
Suddenly we get a $13 million taxpayer grant funded by borrowed money reducing the cap ex cost to Beach and PTR to $13 Million.
Talk about throw away taxpayers money.
These green energy schemes survive on grants. if the are viable private business will fund them.
