Nuheara appears to be based on cancelling out noise, specifically for in this case, cancelling anything but voice. Kinda like when you're in a loud club and you can't hear people because it's too loud, nuheara apparently cancels out the noise so you hear just the people talking, which lets you focus better. It'll be helpful for people who has issues with aural focus. Kids with autism certainly is one possible market.

Very different to what neurotech claims to do, which is monitor brainwaves and plays back certain audio to alter it, hopefully affecting how the brain functions entirely.

They aren't really comparable, not to say nuheara doesn't work or anything.
