Absolutely agree, this by far has been the best news announcement that we have had in the past 12 months. The number of points that this announcement has covered is quite monumental from reduction to capex/opex, to additional updates on DFS progress, to EIA and ESG improvements, newly found certainty around offtake partner discussions, etc etc.
My guess is that once the market sentiment starts to pivot we will see a re-rate, likely triggered by one of the major EMH announcements.
Back a year ago this announcement would have driven a +30-50% increase to EMH's SP, however liquidity and market sentiment is much tighter/different now.
Regardless, EMH is quietly progressing, we now await for CEZ updates around the project on the 10th of November.
