As previously observed, in my opinion, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) were clearly enforcing a cone of silence over EMH.

CEZ is no minnow startup miner in Europe. Doors would be open for them. NDAs would keep lips shut and allow information flow from Geomet to offtakers and the EU funding bodies.

Keeping it real, history tells us the technical challenges of Cinovec means EMH is not a straight line investment, so there is a fair chance offtakes and finance could slip beyond end CY22.

But......!

There will also come a time when commercial necessities force a pen to hit paper (or electrons in DocuSign) when deal must be made to support a multi billion dollar Gigafactory or three.

One day, Keith will arrive on time for this train, and when he does, it will be soooo worth it!
