CEZ don't have any experience of building mines like that? They do - including underground mines. Who has an experience running a lithium processing plant in Europe? Answer: No one. AMG? They are just learning themselves building their first plant. EMH does not need to be taken over by anyone and they can go into production with CEZ. Lithium is still a relatively new field and everyone is learning, they will use expertise of contractors like Hatch, SMS, Anzaplan who do have some experience already. Czechia has also highly developed chemical industry. I want to see EMH to become a producer and reap the dividends, not to be sold for peanuts now.
