Our understanding is that the market and shareholders have not yet realised the significance and importance of the EMI disclosure. To receive the Letter of No Objection to register with the SEC as an EMI license basically means it is just administration from here to have the license issued. PIL should have 30 days to submit all documentation, and then BSP published time frame to assess Stage 3 is 20 days. The biggest hurdle for the SEC would have been the paid-up capital requirement. This is now solved with the Placement funds
