I don’t think they could have done it a better way. They are rewarding loyalty from their existing shareholders rather than giving a 30% discount to new “Sophisticated investors” yes shareholders get some cheap options they will convert or sell but that’s more cash into PIL. Win win I think. I’m very happy at the moment.
