I don't see the problem with this announcement. It may not have shifted the SP immediately. However, this is probably more due to some SH being bored with the stock and an overarching poor market sentiment.
This is a good deal, it goes some way to realising how the company will drive up revenue moving forward. Ultimately, exposure to a grass roots organisation such as this is exactly what PIL needed. It is a strategic move that will bear fruit. It is worth noting that the Directors stand to earn if they are able to achieve 4m in revenue by 30 June 2023.
I hope to see more similar announcements in the coming weeks/months.
