    It could be anyone yes . And it could be just a dilutative CR at a discount to vwap. All i’ll say is that whoever it is they are getting a great investment as this is what CATL, Tesla , VW ... the world will need in coming decades . Global x knows this now as well as the players . This time my money is it on bring a proper SI. Probably Chinese . Most likely CATL .
