Agree that it was quite a positive update. Important that half the float / interest income is hedged to UK 2 year bond (trading 4,3% right now).
Should throw a some cash and hold the balance sheet in decent shape during this period and hopefully underlying results will improve step by step.
Seems like it should trade around 8x EBITDA rather than 4,5x IMO. Hopefully the market won't value it as a broken business going forward even if it won't give credit for this ambitious plan until further proven.
