Ann: EML Acquires Sentenial Ltd & enters the Open Banking Market, page-7

Cross selling products to existing clients and expanding to the USA and Australia, the two things I wanted to hear.
The sellers will have equity in EML 2.9% in shares to be issued, minimal dilution not even worth mentioning because the value added in open banking they bring will far exceed that amount.
More expansion on the way and looking ahead maybe a Nasdaq listing might be worthwhile once up and running in the US?
Some serious money will begin their due diligence on EML and watch their movements for such a take over?....
