Interesting thought. I have seen this with other companies where the CEO walks as he has been tapped on the shoulder to work with private equity to buy out company. Similar to BWX scenario a few years ago. Also might explain why director was put in charge ASAP who has experience in capital markets. They will need a strong defence if they want to prevent a cheap TO.
