You should go back and read the transcript from end of Feb
Tom was asked this question and said, its possible they can have the cap lifted reviewed after June 30th but as it stands its in place until December 2022
The CBI might likely take 4-8 weeks to review any request from EML but who knows? The Market wants action yesterday hence the reaction
