Yes. The RSI is indicating overbought. EML rarely goes up in a straight line, and I feel this is profit taking. The big question is, if MUFG knew Sentenial was up for sale and that a deal would be done in a number of months, why would they sell so many units at under $1?
There has to be a logical answer. The only one I can think of is that they wanted to rebalance their portfolio in a set time frame.
