excellent to see the calibre of people joining the board including Alta Fox getting a board seat
Alta understand small/medium cap businesses and have a history of working with companies to unlock value, so hopefully they can bring their skillset and help mgmt
pretty ordinary results and the writedown does not help, but if it reduces the contingent liabilities, then all the better for shareholders over the long term....the hope is that in 12 mths time there is a little clear air and mgmt of this company stop reporting on an 'underlying' basis and just tell shareholders what the company is earning.......there is a decent business underneath all of that and they are in growing space, but they need to get past this regulatory issue and out-innovate everyone to keep on winning clients over
