Ann: EML Market Update, page-16

Had a sick feeling about the company when I wrote it off in my last comment. The company has absolutely no idea at all on how to take the compliance task on. It does not have the resources ,it does not have the expertise ,and it clearly does not have Executive control over it. Its shocking that the CEO actually approved a statement that the Regulator was please with the initial steps. This weeks comments by analysts giving the company a chance are now very negative. It will need a very big name company with strong market goodwill to restore any hope in the business . Incredible and totally unforeseeable losses for many small investors . Staying away from small new fintech companies with new plans for the rest of my life.
