At the risk of saying it again... when regulators start getting involved, you run away as fast as possible.
Everything EML has ever said about progress on their remediation work over the past 18+ months has just been proven embarrassingly wrong.
I'm sorry for the holders who have stuck it out here, but ultimately EML needs to be broken up and sold for parts. Downside risk huge, upside risk extremely limited.
The business simply has too many moving parts, and many of those moving parts are extremely opaque.
