This is good news from my understanding of corporate and contract law liabilities the process of dumping a business like this would require planning and a lot of work so the wheels for this must be in motion with the assessment complete. Good to see the tumor has been removed and the wasted money fixing it ending . Look forward to it being profitable this year .
