The cancer has been extricated, and this was well overdue.
I’m also surprised the market reaction wasn’t bigger as this is the clearest example of a handbrake that has jammed and prevented any forward movement. But as said by other posters earlier, lots of stale and tired holders (I’m one of them, but I won’t be selling - I may even buy if I am compelled enough over time, but I would need a lot of convincing).
