There's no need for the TAB to want this system. You can already deposit funds over the counter at the local TAB and it's instantly in the account. You can also take your money out just as fast.

You can also deposit money at AUSPOST to NSW tab accounts and it's straight in your account.
I don't see the TAB wanting to adopt a similar system here (as each way EML) which would create a further 'layer' for people to deposit and withdraw their cash.

For the likes of online sites without bricks and mortar outlets - this is a godsend. It puts them on a level playing field with the TABs who do take the 'joe publics' cold hard cash out of their pockets across the counter.

I suggest the infrastructure isn't available or for TABs at the moment, neither is the desire to market this to TAB customers.
