By analysing the results this is my guestimate.

Only 5% of ore has 1.24% Copper while 95% of ore is Low Grade (0.7% copper). Once one include cutoff and rubbish taken out 95% of ore is uneconomical while only 5% is economical, that is too sits at 400m to 800m depth. Too reach there, COD needs to spend 300 to 400 million dollars or more.
