Very good point @sircorp. This is a stock that went from a junior in need of a life saving capital raise to the hottest stock on the ASX, then back to a penny dreadful. The ASX has always gone nuts over nickel stories, ever since the 60's. ESR was further fuelled by the potential to be a big magmatic sulphide discovery on the scale of SIR however never delivered. Lots of pump by management, money men who know how to play the market. See my analysis below on number of bags these stocks have done over the last 2 years. CHN, DEG big discoveries, PDI a very good discovery, ESR is an outlier when you consider it come up with very little. Most stocks that produce a very fine first drill hole will do 4 bags from previous close (1-3 from open thereafter). I'm not in the business of picking the next major mine for the history books, I back myself being on the right side of a good discovery produced from nothing that makes shareholders some decent $$$ regardless of if any dirt is ever moved...
