It's actually quite useful for many elements so they will have an estimate already which I'm sure will be very close but always better to give that internally and the lab results externally to be safe. Sometimes it is easier or harder to estimate based on xrf readings as they are point source so you have to get good at finding the average amount based on the estimated total sulfide content. Then again some geos get good enough to estimate by a visual only after seeing the same thing over and over but you'd never release that of course.
