If anyone is able to tune in to the webinar, can they ask about FID (last chat I had with Matthew he was talking early 2025 now). Also the other key aspect of offtakes - it has been well over a year now since we signed the term sheet with Verkor and it concerns me a little that we still don't have a binding offtake. Ultimately they need 80% of offtake under binding agreements for FID and we're currently sitting at 0% (with FID mean to occur in about 9 months). Some clarity on what the hold-up here is would be nice.
Other question is how they are progressing on a strategic investor/partner for the Bencacour facility. There will need to be additional funding to progress, and further dilution of the shares on issue at the current price would be less than ideal.
Shifting timeframes are also a concern, between the Nov 2023 presentation and Jan 2024 presentation, it looks like the FEED work and related timelines got delayed by about 6 months.
