I note that the EU is going to reduce import taxes for EV cars built in China who have a EU partner.
Just watch the EU car makers, they'll now be setting up partnerships in China to get out of these taxes.
Nobody with half a brain would be investing in battery materials in the EU. As they say "theres a sucker born every minute".
