Gives the chance to add with the certainty around funding without the 100% kicker. EU legislation is early Dec and I'd fully expect to see Euro Institutions / Government funding (low interest loans) kick in shortly after, then strategic shareholder early next year... So if your playing the long game and not 'trading' then this is a nice setup...IMO
