I'm pretty sure when I first bought in 12 months or more ago they already had ~50% of the first year capacity allocated. So there doesn't seem to have been much movement on this front for quite a while. The intent was that restarting the pilot plant (announced June last year) was going to provide samples to help potential customers qualify product in their supply chains. It appears as if nothing much has come from that endeavour thus far, but they may be waiting for the demonstration plant to be operational. That was originally meant to be operational last year, then slipped to the start of this year, and has now slipped to September. I'm hoping once the demonstration plant is up and running we can actually get some binding offtake agreements in place, I think that will be the key catalyst for the share price moving forwards.
