Does 10 years seem too long? Most of that time, there was no electro fever, Trump was president in the US. The site lies in a higly populated area in the middle of the Europe with historical reservations to mining - not in empty lands of pro-mining Australia. The procedural requirements to pull this in EU are also much more demanding. Despite severe Covid in the country, they show steady progress. I am happy with the pace...
The tech is also demanding to master. If it was easy, many other resources would already be developed in this direction. This is clearly not the case...
