CRMA comes into effect 1 May...hopefully this is the catalyst to get things moving...EMN is not in a unique situation here as there are plenty of other Euro mining projects languishing... We should see the list of 'critical projects' published shortly and funding commitments from 'virtue signalling' sovereign debt funds et al.
