I wouldn't touch the trash, low grade tailing garbage that nobody wants. The cost of power in Czech Republic will send them broke eventually thats if EMN ever gets started.
Easier and cheaper to dig 37% or higher grade and make profits. Have you looked at other Mn ore stocks? Most have doubled in the last few weeks.
