EMN has low grade tailings that nobody else wanted.
EMN makes no money and depends on shareholders for their outrageous salaries.
Battery materials using low grade manganese is not the answer for making huge profits.
EMN will need huge tariffs on non EU HPMSM material otherwise EMN will make no profits.

Money talks, JMS is a cashed up company producing 3.5 million tonnes and major shareholders like POSCO and AMCI
A company that operates a Mn mine with 120 year mine life and produces high grade Mn ore and sells at the rate of 3.5 million tonnes annually and pays 10% on investment dividends even during a low cycle is definitely the superior investment.
