has anything really improved for EMP with new data or is it just continuing to fiddle around the edges hoping for that long awaited suitor?
judging by market depth/bidding I'm struggling to see any change in sentiment.
if EMP ever does get a drilling partner then obviously the picture changes dramatically but that remains just a gamble at this time IMO.
