As a long term shareholder I’m disappointed not to have been offered stock in this round. One would have thought it pretty simple for Everblu to have contacted existing holders. There’s a list at a specific cut off point. Not much to ask for a 6% fee AND a bunch of out of the money 2 year options. Sure to be a lot of investors only after the discount. See where the stock ends up once the new shares are issued.
