If you look at a share Cafe video from another oil and gas explorer in the area, it said what a tcf is worth , but emp need a partner and the more the partner funds the less emp will hold. Be lucky to be 20% after that.
I'm happy to wait to buy in till after a partner deal is done, it will most likely spike then come back to similar price range
