Well, how close to the mark was I. There was only a take up of 50% shares voted. There is an unknown voting of 50 million shares out there that for whatever reason didn't vote.
Taking out MIN 20 million shares, the Board being Garrat 9 Million, Vincent's 1 Million (round figures) the average shareholder gave the Board 5 Million votes, (shares).

On the other hand nearly 14 million shares of the average shareholder sought change, if this current Board think they are on safe territory they should think again. What is of a worry is that they can only remain in power whilst MIN supports them!
