Holy dilution! WTF???
Assuming a stable MC of $143M that means with an additional 243,750,000 shares that equates to a SP of roughly 14 cents!!!
Clearly the Board did not give a shit about existing shareholders being massively diluted.
I will remember that fact when I attend the AGM next month and introduce myself to the directors and personally make their acquaintance.
