I see your point but this is a very very expensive industry and that there has been dilution is and was absolutely inevitable. Not sure how you thought EEG would achieve its goals without a CR.
Bottom line this is a potential $14,500,000,000 npv in the next few years and if dilution occurs...there's no other way to achieve this
