When anyone has a really great professional position & a really reasonable salary why would you or I were in that position,why would we wish to make waves,remember last time lawyers were called in, what a can of worms that was,all that legal tooing & frowing & at the end of the day, not really producing a cracker ! Its my bet Mr Marshall & his lawyer (Chair person) are in stitches right now one consilation I sold before the big crunch came, Good luck to all Share Holders though I dont believe in kicking a share holder when they are down,But Empire thats a different Dog.
